By accessing our Website, booking a service, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Reservations & Cancellations
Appointment Requests: All appointments scheduled through our Website are considered preliminary requests until officially confirmed by a SOVERLUX specialist. We reserve the right to reschedule based on workshop capacity. Cancellations: We value your time and ours. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion. Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the Service and prior to vehicle release. We accept major credit cards and cash.
2. Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)
Consent: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages from SOVERLUX regarding your appointments, service updates, and exclusive offers. Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. For help, reply "HELP". Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Client Responsibilities
Vehicle Condition: You agree to disclose any pre-existing damage, fragile components, or mechanical issues prior to service. SOVERLUX conducts a pre-service inspection, but hidden issues remain the client's responsibility. Personal Valuables: Please remove all personal items and valuables from your vehicle before drop-off. SOVERLUX is not responsible for the loss of personal property left inside the vehicle.
4. Warranty and Liability
Workmanship Guarantee: We take pride in our Sovereign Standard. Specific material warranties (e.g., for PPF or Films) are provided by the respective manufacturers. Limitation of Liability: SOVERLUX is not liable for pre-existing paint defects (such as peeling clear coat) that may be exacerbated by the service. Our total liability for any proven negligence shall not exceed the cost of the specific Service performed.
5. Intellectual Property
All visual content, logos, and text on this Website are the exclusive property of SOVERLUX. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
